Service Description. This Site describes Shower Glass Installation, Window Glass Repair, Window Glass Replacement, Glass Door Installation, Privacy Glass Installation provided by Jimenez Glass Works. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://glasscontractorflushing.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jimenez Glass Works or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Jimenez Glass Works may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Jimenez Glass Works's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Jimenez Glass Works from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
